Clicker hinge is tight which I like since that makes it easier for me to insert it into my spouse's septum. It is a bit hard to click close. To remove, I decided to use piercing pilers to barely expand the ring portion which loosen the pressure on the clicker.

I ordered this style because my piercing is up a little high and small round jewelry is very uncomfortable and gets painful. It fits right under my nose without pulling or squeezing it and on top of that the clicker can be opened and closed very easily without coming loose. I have a problem when a nose ring is small and it's too tight to just snap open with my fingers. It causes a lot of pain - this one doesn't. Highly recommend it to people with higher piercings. It came in a small bag and arrived on time.
